Traditional bread in Poland and many East-European countries is made using Rye flour, which requires a delicate leavening process cultivating healthy yeast and gives it a unique flavour and texture not found elsewhere.

A traditional stone covered oven is used to proof the bread and cook it from direct contact under the skillful eye of the baker.
